Dr. Ou received his Medical degree from National Taiwan University. He did his residency training in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Ottawa. Dr. Ou provides obstetric care throughout pregnancy, and general gynaecology. Dr. Ou is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
